All of our shipments are fully insured against loss, breakage or anomalies that may affect the package in the course of its delivery. When the order is delivered, it is very important to check that it is not broken, damaged, stained or open, this being the case it should not be accepted. Your reason for refusing the package should be noted on the delivery slip brought to you by the messenger and we need to be contacted in order to resend your order.

My Pharmacy in Spain only offers quality, AUTHENTIC products, from first-rate commercial brands. The reception of the products sent and the handling of the same when preparing orders is done following a strict quality control procedure.

Faulty products

Refunds are guaranteed. Once we receive the faulty product we will proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the agreement. All of these arrangements will be free of charge to the consumer and user.
The seller will be responsible for any unwarranted faults that become apparent within a period of two years from the date of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the unwarranted fault within a period of 2 months from knowing about it.

Product received that, by mistake, does not correspond with the order placed.

My Pharmacy in Spain will assume the costs of collecting the mistaken item and delivering the order that was placed.
